Focussing on the ‘Northern Power House’ our one day networking event for the people development sector moved to Manchester by popular demand and was attended by 50 leading organisations in the region. Hosted by Kay Woodburn from Gritty People, the speakers included Jas Hawker from Mission Excellence, Sally Rixon from The Talent Pool, Clive Lewis from Illumine and Dorothy Foote at Level Seven.
Subjects explored were; High Performance Teams, Dealing with Change, Creativity at Work, Resilience and Leadership.
